Massachusetts State Senator Adam Hinds has been sworn in for a second term. The Democrat represents a sprawling district comprised of Berkshire, Hampshire, Franklin and Hampden counties. Hinds spoke today with WAMC about the coming legislative session. Hinds also previewed the Citizens' Legislative Seminar and offered his analysis of Governor Charlie Baker’s inaugural address.
