    The Massachusetts economy grew by an impressive 4 percent in the second quarter, well outpacing the nation’s 2.6 percent expansion rate.

    A growing economy in the greater Springfield area is reflected in the annual hiring report from the FutureWorks Career Center that was released last week.  WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with the center’s executive director Kevin Lynn.
