Connecticut River Steward Changes Name

Just ahead of its 65th anniversary, a nonprofit group formed to protect the Connecticut River in four New England states has changed its name.

The Connecticut River Watershed Councilis now the Connecticut River Conservancy.  

WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with the organization’s executive director Andrew Fisk.
