Farmers' Markets Opening For New Seasons

The new season for farmers’ markets is beginning in the northeast.

The Farmers’ Market at Forest Park in Springfield, Massachusetts opened today to begin its 19^th year.

WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill visited the market and spoke with manager Belle Rita Novak.

The market is open every Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. through October 25^th.
