Westchester Republican Wants To Flip Lowey's Congressional Seat

The candidate field in the race for New York’s 17^th Congressional District seat has swelled into the double digits, at least on the Democratic side. They want the chance to succeed Democratic Congresswoman Nita Lowey, who is not seeking re-election after 16 terms.
