Arrest Made In Crossgates Shooting

Crossgates was evacuated after reports of an active shooter on Saturday.

Police have arrested 20-year-old Tasheem Maeweather of North Pearl St. in Albany in connection with the alleged shooting Saturday at Crossgates Mall in Guilderland. Guilderland Police Chief Carol Lawlor says Maeweather, who was identified by a witness, is facing reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon felony charges.
