Magazine have collaborated on an anthology about living well and living mindfully in a world challenged by climate change, economic upheaval, and social inequities. The book is called Sustainable Happiness: Live Simply, Live Well, Make a Difference and brings together scientific research, essays, and personal stories. I asked YES! Magazine Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief Sarah van Gelder whether happiness is sustainable.
