Dr. Alan Chartock
Eric Korenman

WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses the mounting federal investigation into Rudy Giuliani, and considers whether former President Donald Trump will ever come to Giuliani's aid. Dr. Chartock also wonders whether Giuliani, without help from Trump, would ever "flip" on the former president. Also in the headlines: Texas lawmakers advanced a restrictive elections bill Friday.
