Four NASA astronauts are blasting off in the SPACEX Crew Dragon spacecraft tonight, if all things go according to plan.

The astronauts will spend up to six months at the International Space Station conducting scientific research. “Crew-1” is the first crew rotation mission to the orbiting laboratory, with a goal of paving the way for commercial space flight. WAMC’s Jackie Orchard spoke with NASA astronaut Mike Fincke about the mission.
