WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses former White House aide Fiona Hill's testimony in the House impeachment inquiry Thursday, where she warned against the "fictional narrative" that Ukraine was responsible for interference in the 2016 election.

Dr. Chartock also considers how an impeachment trial in the Senate might affect independent voters in 2020. Also in the headlines: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been indicted on charges of fraud, bribery, and more.
