WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that Democrats flipped the Virginia Legislature in Tuesday's elections.

He also comments on the too-close-to-call race for governor in Kentucky, and Gordon Sondland's revised testimony in the impeachment inquiry against President Trump. Sondland now says he told a top Ukrainian official that military aid from the U.S. was likely contingent on Ukraine announcing an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden.
