Seggos Discusses State Emissions Standards, Hudson, PFAS

New York’s top environmental official is criticizing the Trump administration for revoking California's authority to set auto mileage standards that are stricter than those issued by federal regulators. In a tweet, the president said his action would result in less expensive, safer cars. Basil Seggos, commissioner of New York’s Department of Environmental Conservation, discussed the state’s reaction and some other high-profile issues with WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley.
