Rensselaer County Sues Over Green Light Law

New York state's Green Light law is being taken to court by two elected opponents of the measure, which allows immigrants in the country illegally to apply for a driver's license. The lawsuit was filed in federal court by Republican Renssealer County Executive Steve McLaughlin and the Rensselaer County Clerk, Republican Frank Merola. Merola spoke with WAMC's Brian Shields Wednesday.
