Carl McCall, the former New York state Comptroller, State Senator, UN Ambassador, and chair of the State University Board of Trustees, is retiring after a 50-year career in politics and government. He sat down with Capitol Correspondent Karen DeWitt to talk about some highlights of his career, including a contentious primary fight for the Democratic nomination for governor against Andrew Cuomo.
