WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses President Trump's comment Wednesday that he might accept damaging information on a 2020 rival from a foreign government, if offered. 

He also comments on reports that the Justice Department plans to interview CIA officials in its review of the Russia inquiry, and that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler expects Robert Mueller to testify "way before" the end of the summer.
