WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses the increasing tension between President Trump and House Democrats, as a House panel voted to hold Attorney General William Barr in contempt of Congress Wednesday.

He also comments on a Senate Intelligence Committee subpoena against Donald Trump Jr., and reports that the New York state Senate has passed two bills as a way of "standing up" to President Trump, one of which will make it easier for Congress to access the president's tax returns.
