Kremer: New Year, New Security At New York Schools

Many schools across New York began the new semester with tigther security measures including resource officers, video surveillance, emergency notification systems and physical access controls at building entrances. The New York State School Boards Executive Director Tim Kremer says many districts included funding for the new security measures in their 2018-19 budgets.
