Emmy Award-winning TV reporter Judy Sanders, most notably from WRBG-CBS 6 in Albany, has died at 63 after a battle with ovarian cancer. The Times Union reports that except for a few hospitalizations, she continued work as an official photographer to Governor Andrew Cuomo and former Governor David Paterson. She won a New York State Emmy in 1999 for an investigative story that assisted detectives in tracking down a baby abduction on the streets of Troy. Sanders was surrounded by friends and family when she died in Lenox, Massachusetts on Thursday.
