EPA Rejects Vermont Phosphorus Cleanup Plan for Lake Champlain

Montpelier, VT – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency this week ruled that Vermont's plan to reduce phosphorus pollution in Lake Champlain is flawed and doesn't meet federal requirements. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
