Montpelier, VT – Legislation that would require Entergy Nuclear, the owner of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant, to put additional money towards dismantling the reactor when it eventually shuts down has been sent to the Vermont Senate following final passage in the House Wednesday afternoon.
