Montpelier, VT – The Vermont Agency of Natural Resources has issued its latest report on what it will take to clean up phosphorous from Lake Champlain, indicating it will cost up to $800 million and take 15 years to complete. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
