Trump's Address To Congress Is Opportunity To Reverse Poll Numbers

      As President Donald Trump delivers his first speech to a joint session of Congress in prime time tonight his job approval ratings are historically low. 

        The speech is an opportunity to gain support from the swing voters who put him into office. 

        WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Tim Vercellotti, a political science professor and director of the polling institute at Western New England University.
