Green Party's Hawkins Considering Presidential Run

Howie Hawkins is a retired Teamster from Syracuse and he is considering a run for president of the United States. Hawkins has been the Green Party candidate for governor of New York three times, taking five percent of the vote in 2014. He has started an exploratory campaign as he considers running for the Green Party nomination for president in 2020.
