Plattsburgh, NY – The US EPA is setting up a month long blog to mark the twentieth anniversary of its Acid Rain Program. The agency chose the topic because while acid rain remains a serious ecological threat, many people think the problem has been solved. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
