Plattsburgh, NY – The Plattsburgh-North Country Chamber of Commerce has released it's 2010 Issue Survey and Business Confidence index. Their survey found that regional priorities have changed and there has been a slight decline in economic confidence. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
