Albany, NY – Air Force One is scheduled to land at Albany International Airport at 11 a.m. Monday to bring President Barack Obama to the region for a speech about the economy. Capital District Bureau Chief Dave Lucas has the latest on the Chief Executive's plans

President Obama will appear at Williams Hall on the Hudson Valley Community College campus where he will speak to students and technology workers at the building's senior automotive lab. His talk is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m.

The college says just 60 students are being invited. No tickets will be available to the public, and the White House is sending out all other invitations to what is expected to be a small, controlled event . Obama will be joined by Jill Biden, the wife of Vice President Joe Biden. Jill Biden is a community college teacher.
