Kingston, NY – As Dutchess County starts to plan its spending over the next five years, county leaders have highlighted certain items to spend on. One of the biggest-ticket items is Dutchess Community College, the source of much budgeting conflict in the county. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Julia Taylor has this report.
