Boston, MA – Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney has signed a $22.1 Billion budget for fiscal year 2004. The Governor also issued $201 Million worth of vetoes including a further reduction in state aid to cities and towns. Berkshire Bureau Chief Arlen Cellana files this report.
