Vermont’s 11 community health centers are getting more than $33 million in federal funding as part of the American Rescue Plan.
Independent U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders says it's the single biggest investment in the state’s federally qualified community health centers. He says about one-third of Vermonters use such centers.

Jeff McKee, CEO of the Community Health Centers of Burlington, says the organization will be adding resources to provide mobile COVID-19 testing and vaccination services to underserved populations.
