Equity Program Offers Free Annual Passes For ValleyBike Share

     An effort is underway to promote equity in the bicycle sharing network in the Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts.

   People who qualify for government assistance and are residents of the half-dozen cities and towns that are part of the ValleyBike Share system can get an annual membership at no cost.

    WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Shannon Bliven, the community outreach director for ValleyBike Share.
