A new executive director is in charge at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.

Kimberly Robinson succeeded Tim Brennan, who directed the Springfield-based regional planning organization for three decades until his retirement earlier this year.

Before coming to western Massachusetts, Robinson was the leader of a regional planning agency in Reno, Nevada.

Robinson sat down for an interview with WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill.
