New Workshop Opens For Women To Weave Their Way Out Of Poverty

   ArteSana is dedicating its new storefront workshop in downtown Holyoke, Massachusetts later today.

     The nonprofitwas founded more than a year ago to help women living in poverty to achieve greater self-sufficiency.  

    WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with ArteSana founder and director Katy Moonan.

            The public open house for the organization’s new workshop is from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. today at 362 Dwight St. in Holyoke.
