A change in leadership is coming at a nonprofit economic development corporation in western Massachusetts.

DevelopSpringfield President and CEO Jay Minkarah is leaving after almost 5 years with the organization.

He spoke with WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill.
