A construction status report from the developer of Hartford's Dunkin' Donuts Park has revealed several deficiencies with the yet-to-be-completed minor league baseball stadium. The report found numerous problems with the publicly-financed future home of the Hartford Yard Goats, the Double-A affiliate of Major League Baseball's Colorado Rockies.

According to the architect's report, the stadium is now projected to cost more than $71 million. An assessment found that the ballpark has rusting rebar, cracking stairs, honeycombing, chipping concrete and improperly installed drains.

Construction work was halted at the stadium in June when the city fired the original developers after they missed a May 17 deadline for completing the ballpark.

The Eastern League has threatened to move the team if the stadium is not ready by 2017.
