Vermont officials have confirmed that norovirus sickened dozens of visitors to Branbury State Park in Salisbury last week.

Up to two dozen people reported nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

WCAX-TV reports the Health Department believes that people were likely infected while swimming in the lake.

Officials say the outbreak was likely caused by other humans, possibly a child swimming with dirty diapers.
