Earlier today, WAMC's Paul Tuthill asked Springfield Domenic Sarno about a published reportthat the FBI is investigating a political consultant's ties to the mayor's office. Tuthill asked if he was aware of an FBI investigation.

“Not that I’m aware of, and I stand by the comments I made in the paper, and in particular I hope people would judge me for the decisions I made as mayor," Sarno said. "And there’s more pressing issues that my administration will have to continue to deal with … I have no further comment.”
