A Farm Bill compromise is finally in sight.

In today’s Congressional Corner, New York Representative Bill Owens tells WAMC’s Alan Chartock that compromise can leave both sides somewhat unhappy. The two spoke Tuesday, one day before the House passed the Farm Bill.
