The government shutdown made an unpopular Congress even less so.

In today’s Congressional Corner, Democratic candidate Sean Eldridge — who is running against incumbent Republican Chris Gibson in New York’s 19th district —   tells WAMC’s Alan Chartock that partisanship has hurt the country.
