Albany, NY – Alan Chartock moderates a panel discussion on Juvenile Justice Reform with guests Barry Krisberg and Laura John Ridolfi.

Barry Krisberg has been the President of National Council on Crime and Delinquency for fourteen years. He is known nationally for his research and expertise on juvenile justice issues.

Laura John Ridolfi is the Law and Policy Analyst for the Barns Institute for Juvenile Justice Fairness and Equity. She provides technical assistance in analyzing whether and to what extent policies and practices contribute to disparities in juvenile justice systems

The interview is part of a symposium hosted by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice to explore cost-effective ways in which New York's juvenile justice system can be reformed. The interview was recorded Thursday May 21, 2009 at the Legislative Office Building in Albany, New York.
