WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that the mayors of Portland, Seattle, and other cities across the U.S. are asking Congress to make it illegal for the federal government to send militarized agents to their cities without their permission.

Dr. Chartock also comments on the $1 trillion coronavirus aid package proposed by Senate Republicans, and Attorney General William Barr's expected testimony before Congress Tuesday.
