WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that the coronavirus outbreak has officially been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization.

Dr. Chartock also comments on President Trump's 30-day ban on travel from Europe in response to the virus, and Vermont Senator Bernie Sander's status in the Democratic presidential primary.
