Indictments Out In Corruption Case Against Former Cuomo Aide, SUNY Poly Head, Others

Indictments have been releasedin a corruption case brought by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara of New York's Southern District involving a former top aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo and numerous upstate New York developers. The grand jury considered more than a dozen counts including fraud, bribery, extortion and false statements. No arraignment date for Joseph Percoco has been set. The case has shaken the governor's office and forced SUNY Polytechnic President Alain Kaloyeros to step down.
