Pittsfield, MA – General Electric has submitted a report to the EPA this week which summarizes how the company would like to proceed with cleaning up the Housatonic River. GE claims the proposal is the least intrusive method while environmentalists are calling it the "do nothing" approach. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz has the story
