New Salem, MA – Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick says he believes the state can achieve its self-imposed goal of universal access to high speed internet service in 2011. The governor visited the town of New Salem today to take part in a community forum on the state's efforts to bring broadband to sparsely populated mostly rural areas.....WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill reports....
