Albany, NY – East Coast residents say they don't know how much more rain they can take. First it was the remnants of Irene, now its Tropical Storm Lee's leftovers that are flooding roads from Maryland to New England. Rain set off flash flooding throughout the region, shutting down roads and forcing evacuations. In Huntersfield, New York, resident Carol Slater says, "Now it's getting on my last nerves."
