Albany, NY – Environmentalists say the nuclear crisis in Japan may be a window of opportunity to strike out against what they say is a "false choice" between nuclear power and fossil fuels. They say it's time to go all-out to tap wind, solar and other clean energy. Others at a climate conference in Thailand say that if countries scrap nuclear plants, which emit no greenhouse gases, they may turn to polluting fossil fuels.
