According to reports, U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara’s office may be investigating Fox News Channel’s parent company regarding sexual harassment case settlements involving former Fox News chief Roger Ailes.

The Hollywood Reporter says that the investigation may be centered around the network’s quiet settlement of sexual harassment claimswithout reporting it to shareholders.

An attorney representing a former Fox News host said in open court on Wednesday he had been served a subpoena by federal prosecutors investigating the sexual harassment allegations directed at Ailes. Bharara was asked to stay on in New York’s Southern District by President Trump after election day.
