Springfield, MA – The US Census Bureau has released the results of the 2010 population count for the nation and the fifty states and it reveals that both New York and Massachusetts , while gaining population over the last decade, will lose seats in Congress WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill reports .
