Albany, NY – Many of us believe that as we age we will inevitably become frail, tethered to walkers or bound to wheel chairs...probably in a state of despair or depression. But new research reveals that chronically sedentary elders, even frail ones, who begin to exercise, will not only gain certain mobility, but their depression may lift. The Health Show's frequent contributor Jacqueline Froelich is taking a five part look at elder mental health. Here is her first report.
