The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has taken the next step toward setting drinking water limits for two PFAS chemicals — PFOA and PFOS. Environmentalists say the step is small and they want to see quicker, bolder action.

One of New York Congressman Antonio Delgado’s major areas of focus is improving rural broadband. He recently hosted a field hearing on the subject with the FCC commissioner, and has introduced various pieces of legislation.

Democratic New York Congressman Antonio Delgado held a town hall last Tuesday night in Dutchess County, at the Clinton Town Hall. A number of questions focused on the impeachment inquiry of President Trump that Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced September 24. Delgado, of New York’s 19th District, came out in favor of impeachment proceedings hours before Pelosi’s announcement.

New York Congressman Antonio Delgado has his own ideas for addressing climate change. He does not support wide-ranging Green New Deal legislation introduced in February by fellow Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. And that had a few who attended his town hall Tuesday night in Dutchess County wondering why.

Lawmakers are back in Washington following the summer recess. Democratic New York Congressman Antonio Delgado held a conference call with reporters Tuesday to discuss his activities in the 19th District in recent weeks, including a focus on affordable housing.

Tony German is the Former Adjutant General of the New York National Guard and spent 36 years in the military. Fellow Republican John Faso, who spent one term representing the district, declined to seek a rematch against Delgado in 2020.
